Asset Issuance
Facilitation, participation, and securitization.
Solomon Private Asset and Equity operates as a business aggregator. Through cultivated practice the firm has built an ecosystem of decentralised asset issuance trading, spanning first-hand participation and second-hand facilitation.
Facilitation and participation
As market intermediaries, the firm acquires corporate, government, and mortgage bonds using capital deployed through arbitrage strategy. It works with bond sellers in emerging and frontier markets carrying high yielding returns, and maintains a continuing buy-sell relationship between those bondholders and private investors.
Solomon Private Asset and Equity acts as a bond purchaser and asset issuer, engaging in over-the-counter markets through associated alternative trading systems and traditional banking channels. Assets may be bought, sold, and issued as security token offerings.
Asset securitization
The firm endorses asset issuance by way of security token offering — a system of trade backed by regulatory measures and subject to securities law supervision. Improving supplementary forms of asset securitisation reduces the scope for misconduct, which in turn allows the business to expand.
